The lake is looking great. It is virtually at full pond. The eagles are out fishing. Their favorite place seems to be the Linville River. Spring is in the air. All of the trees and flowers are begining to bud. The small mouth are becoming more active as the water warms. Fishing should be good again this spring. Give me a call if you want to go. Lake James has much to offer. Now that the water level is up above the target range, Lake James is very appealing. The weather is getting warmer and people are beginning to flock to Lake James. There is a lot of activity in real estate; people are coming from out of state to explore Lake James.

If you decide to travel this way, a drive on the Blue Ridge Parkway is a must. I can’t even begin to describe the beauty of this area. Western North Carolina is absolutely incredible. I’ve lived here for twelve years, and I am still awe-struck at the sight of Lake James and the mountains surrounding it. Words can’t describe the picturesque work of art which is Lake James.
